It was alright, it could have been better; I requested a change of sheets and bathroom cleaning and my request was ignor
Pros:

I liked the area of town, plenary of restaurants

Cons:

Shower had hairs from previous people.
The place has mold in the ceiling but it’s Buenos Aires so it’s normal
The bed was two single beds put together which made using the whole bed impossible, so not ideal.

Tiene una ubicación excepcional. El personal es muy amable y atento a dar respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. 2 baños. Ventanas grandes. Habitación luminosa.

La ubicación, la atencion de Lucía, la limpieza y el lugar IMPECABLE!!!

Pero el sábado a las 22.24 hs eramos 10 huéspedes afuera sin poder entrar porq el sistema de entrada se quedó sin pilas, llamamos al whassap no obtuvimos respuesta, llamamos a la sede de palero nos atendió Araceli muy amablemente pero no pudo solucionar nada, entramos 1 hora después porq un huésped que estaba adentro llamo a una acompañante y la hiso entrar asiq ahí aprovechamos, lo cual tambien vemos mal ya que ingreso alguien que no estaba registrada!, después tuvimos que dejar la puerta a la calle abierta toda la noche para que los próximos en ingresar puedan hacerlo y no pasen lo que nosotros, decisión que yo tuve que tomar porq no habia quien lo haga! Yo me encargue de revisar las pilas, la puerta abierta toda la noche y yo actualizando le todo a la recepción de palero! Nunca nadie respondió mis mensajes hoy! Una vergüenza aló que paso!

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Recomiendo las habitaciones mas cercanas a la recepción

Cons:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedó en las habitaciones más alejadas de la puerta principal y el Wifi no funciona o a veces ni siquiera conecta.

Pros:

Lucia at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable- sending us multiple options for nearby restaurants. Very responsive via whatsapp.
Amazing location in the heart of San Telmo, literally metres from Sunday markets.
Cool, historic building.

Cons:

Some street noise overnight, BA is a late night city!
