Noisy or smelly
Pros:

The first room faced the street and was far too noisy due to poorly sealed windows. We were offered a smaller room at the back, which we accepted, but it had a strong mold smell — likely caused by the constant humidity that even the air conditioning could not handle.

Breakfast was rather disappointing by European standards. One of the elevators behaved strangely at times, so we did not feel entirely safe using it.

The reception staff and overall service were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to one young waiter in the restaurant who spoke excellent English and provided outstanding service.

The hotel also has a rooftop pool and a gym, although we did not use either during our stay.

atendimento dos funcionários, nem bom dia davam. Problema na fechadura do quarto(não abria)
no sabado tive que sair mais cedo,as 7:40 h, o café da manhã já esta posto, mas como só iniciava as 8 h, não deixaram pegar nem um pão de queijo, não pedi para sentar.

Serviço poderia melhorar. Atendimento na recepção é execelente, mas o serviço geral precisa de um ajuste. Após a limpeza não foram repostos os copos do quarto, o atendimento no café é lento (a louça acumula na mesa até você se levantar).
