Top spot to stay on the water front. Room was recently renovated and was super clean.
Pros:

We stayed in room 9 upstairs with water views and a balcony. Lovely fresh and clean hotel. John and Debbie made us feel very welcome. Loved everything about it.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location.
Pros:

The location of the property is fantastic, right on the beach and an easy walk to the town centre. The rooms were very nice and well equipped, though compact and very comfortable. Nice bar and breakfast areas.

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the shower (me being dense) and the size of the room made it a little difficult as we had two cases.

A very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely, warm friendly welcome from the owners, Debbie and John. We arrived early via train and were able to go into our courtyard room early which was appreciated. It was comfortable, clean with a good shower and ideal for our two night stay. Perfect location with lovely views to the sea. I have coealics and emailed when booking to request gluten free items which were available, bread and cereal. Yoghurt, fruit, ham, boiled eggs and cheese were also available with plenty of coffee. Sufficient to have a good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
