The room in which I was 1st put up room 101 was horrible to began with the bathroom water was leaking and it flowed into my bedroom… the jet spray is been planted on the wrong side

Flush doesn’t work

Sink overflows

To add salt to wound … flies in the breakfast area

Bread had white worm

Tea glass all the edges where broken and sharp and I could have easily cut my lips

When I informed they very casually replied saying we will change it

It’s worst than a lodge

Do not book this place

Only positive was the front desk staff Mr Beant Singh he tried his best to make me feel better

However barring him the overall experience was extremely worst

A wonderful breakfast experience at Radisson Blu Amritsar. The thoughtfully planned multi-cuisine spread offered a great variety of delicious and healthy choices. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive, adding warmth to the overall experience. The restaurant was neat, clean, and maintained excellent hygiene standards. A great start to the day with outstanding food, service, and hospitality.

Cons:

My stay was affected by a faulty WC in the room, and my sleep was disturbed by a false emergency alarm during the night. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, as they took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.
