Hotel eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista: se torneremo a Bursa soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo
Pros:

L’Almira Hotel di Bursa è semplicemente fantastico. La colazione era ricchissima e abbondante, con possibilità di avere uova strapazzate e omelette preparate sul momento (buonissimi i tahinli pide). Camera molto grande e spaziosa, con finestre perfettamente insonorizzate: nonostante l’hotel si trovi su una strada trafficata, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore durante la notte. La spa è davvero incredibile, con piscina termale, saune, jacuzzi e una bellissima zona fitness. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il gesto di benvenuto con biscotti al cocco e frutta trovati in camera al nostro arrivo.

Cons:

Sinceramente abbiamo trovato davvero difficile trovare aspetti negativi. Tutto è stato curato nei dettagli e il soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und wegen Thermalspa und Lage zu empfehlen
Pros:

Für ein 5 Sterne Haus alles im grünen Bereich . Der Grund warum ich dort nächtigte war der hauseigene Thermalwasserpool mit 40 Grad , da ich nun erfolgreich getestet habe, dass man zum Onzen baden nicht bis nach Japan reisen muss. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr gut, wenn es auch dort ein paar kleine Baustellen gab, die den anspruchsvollen 5 Sterne Gast vielleicht erregen. Ich war ja froh, dass das Spa trotz (email siehe unten) geöffnet war.

Cons:

Ich bekam einen Tag vor der Anreise eine Nachricht über booking com. vom Hotel, das das Spa geschlossen habe - das war allerdings im August 25 geschlossen. Man sollte mal dringend die IT überarbeiten, es gab noch so eine ominöse automatische email, deren Inhalt man mir am Empfangstresen nur mit der Aussage es ist eine automatisierte mail, was drinsteht wissen wir nicht, beantworten konnte. Es gibt ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet , wie in 5 Sterne Häusern üblich. Für den Bundeskanzler falls der mal anreisen sollte, sogar Schwarzbrot. Drei einfache Dinge (die in weit preiswerteren Häusern in der Türkei immer auf dem Frühstücksbuffet stehen, habe ich aber leider vermisst. Es gab nur mageren Joghurt (also fettarmen) und das in der Türkei. Weiterhin waren auf dem Buffet zwar Äpfel, Orangen und Mandarinen ( letztere sind in Bursa unbeschreiblich gut), vermisst habe ich allerdings den Obstsalat und auch die trad. türk. Kräuterfrischkäsezubereitungen die ich mir hier in B auf dem Markt immer hole.

كان اول مرره اجرب فيه الفندق و كان اختيار موفق بصراحه و سعره كان مناسب جدا وافطاره ممتاز و تعامل موظفينه ممتاز و مسبح الثيرمال ممتاز بصراحه كل شيء كان ممتع ومؤكد ساكرر العودة لهذا الفندق الكلاسيكي الجميل لانه مكان ممتاز للاستجمام و ايضا يوجد مطعم على السطح اكله لذيذ يستاهل الزيارة بالذات في اجواء الليل الجميله

Es ist ein sehr luxuriöses Hotel. Sparbereich ist wunderschön. Und Frühstück ist 1A. Es ist sehr zentral. Man kann vieles zu Fuß unternehmen. Personal ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend.

Eski odalar , yetersiz konfor , klima&uyku yok. Ama 5 yıldızlı yersen.

Kahvaltısı, konumu ve çalışanların kibarlığı çok iyiydi.

Cons:

9 mayısta konakladık ve dışarısı 28 dereceydi. Güneş ışığını bütün gün alan oda resmen hamamdan farkı yoktu. Havalandırma çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyonu aradığımda henüz merkezi sistemde soğutmaya geçmediklerini söylediler. Cam açık olarak bütün gece uyumaya çalıştık ama yol kenarı olduğu için araç sesinden uyumak da mümkün değildi. 1 gece dinlenmek için kaldığımız odada hiç uyumadan ertesi sabah ayrıldık. Ayrıca sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen odaya girer girmez korkunç bi sigara kokusu odaya sinmişti. Banyo çok çok eskiydi. Genel olarak otelin odalarının yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Sadece personel yetiştirerek 5 yıldız kalamazsınız insanlar olanakları da aynı seviyede bekliyorlar. Tekrar kesinlikle kalmam.

Pros:

Breakfast and spa were good, renovated and clean.

Cons:

Very old hotel and rooms are worn out, smelly carpet and room is not ventilated. It was spring and we had to turn on the AC and it was not cooling. Just dry fan.
The hotel needs serious renovation. The bed sheets were not the best thing.

The weather was cold and wet but the hotel spa more than compensated!
Pros:

We went out for breakfast - there a many small restaurants nearby that do very nice breakfasts.
The spa facilities were fantastic - hot onsen pool plus different types of saunas.
Good location - 10 minutes walk to main shopping mall area, trams and bus stops.

Cons:

The room(s) temperature was a bit hot (27°C), we were unable to convince the AC to go down. Finally we had to turn the AC off and open the window to keep it at normal level.

3 stars i can rate based on my experience
Pros:

the breakfast is fine but it's exactly the same daily they should change and add new dishes specially that turkish breakfast is very diverse
the spa area is also good

Cons:

very expensive
not well maintained
very old not renovated
decoration is very basic and give you depression
the staff are not very welcoming
very few speak English
very poor coffee setup no machines they said only in the suites
there is no shower gel the don't chk to replace but u have to call for that
towels were very poor quality and no fresh smell and they don't replace the robe
many things are ruined here ,the safe ,the lock , the ac is not controllable, i found some insect on my bed
thrir internal swimming pool is very poor
