Cons:

Спа работает не каждый день, надо узнавать расписание уже только на месте, они могут его менять в зависимости от загруженности отеля

Overall, this is a good hotel for a city break in Bursa. The staff is very nice and polite, the breakfasts are tasty, and the spa area is ok.

The hotel is located about a 25 to 30-minute walk from the main market and the Silk Market (Koza Han). For us, the walk was fine, but if you prefer not to walk, taxis are cheap, easily available, and will get you there in just a few minutes. The hotel is also relatively close to the historic restaurant where the original Iskender kebab was invented (it is absolutely worth a visit!).

Cons:

One important tip: if you are a non-smoker, make sure to ask for a non-smoking room right away. Many people smoke in Turkey, and the smell can be quite noticeable in the rooms otherwise.

Pros:

Warm and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast service and a lovely wide variety including local traditional delicacies from Bursa. Game room for the kids was a great fun.

Cons:

SPA was closed on Monday which was unfortunate as we didn't know about it before checking in, we found it weird that a thermal spa hotel closes its SPA for the guests. The swimming pool closing at 5pm prevented us from using it on any of the days we stayed in, as when we return from any local walk it's too late for a swim already. We would appreciated it if the pool was at least open until sunset.
