Great value for money
Hotel vicinissimo al mare, in una zona tranquilla fuori dal centro (mare top nella zona, sono andato in giro per vedere altre zone più rinomate ma il mare sotto casa era il migliore)
Sta su una strada statale ed è lontanuccia dal centro di chaweng (se si fitta il motorino non è un problema, se non lo si fitta bisogna considerare 3-4€ per ogni spostamento in taxi)
Very convenient spot with a beach just across the street, a cute cafe downstairs and a very helpful owner with two cute cats! Price point is very affordable with a balcony, My friend and I had the best time!
The bathroom is not the flashiest but we didn't mind :-)

Gospodin na recepciji je bio izrazito ljubazan i spreman pomoći. Osim toga lokacija je izvrsna jer plaža je doslovno preko puta hotela, pogotovo ako imate prijevozno sredstvo. Ako nemate skuter ili auto, računajte da je Grab nešto skuplji na otoku u odnosu na kopno.
Prostor recepcije, hodnika i polukata ima izrazito jak smrad po ustajalosti i vidjele smo žohara na podu. Također čišćenje sobe je uključivalo samo zamjenu smeća i wc papira, ručnici se nisu mijenjali u 4 dana niti je pod u sobi očišćen.
There’s a nice cafe joint to the hotel and the staff are lovely and for the price I think its more than fair to say the hotel it’s great !

Good value for money, it is close to a beach, has big rooms.
The road that is in front is a bit challenging, both to drive on it or just to cross it to get to the beach. In high season there is s constant line of traffic.
The other side of the hotel has a construction going on, it is loud during the day. And it is loud in the evening because there are some nightclubs on the other side of it.
Spicy, excellent member of staff, so helpful, kind, and honest.
Update some of the furniture
The staff was lovely and cleaned the room everyday. The stairs and windows could use better cleaning, maybe they are short of staff. Good location if you have a bike. Thank you guys!
