Pros:

El servicio del personal de aseo y de cosina.
La amabilidad y puntualidad del servicio a la habitacion. La comida muy buena.

Cons:

Lo ruidoso del frigo bar y el extractor de aire de baño. El ruido temprano de voces y maquinas de aseo en la terraza del segundo piso para los pasajeros que estan cerca de ese lugar.

Value for money
Pros:

This is not really a boutique hotel but an excellent three star hotel. Very central location, modern, comfortable and clean with charming and helpful staff. Breakfast menu was very good too. It was an excellent choice and value for money.

Buena ubicacion, mal desayuno.
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicacion ya que es bastante centrica y se puede llegar caminando a todas las plazas y calles de la ciudad. La habitacion estaba comoda y el servicio de limpieza era bueno.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo terrible, opciones muy limitadas y las cantidades eran minusculas. Probamos practicamente todo el menu durante la estadia y no puedo destacar nada, un dia nos sirvieron la comida fria y es ironico que en una ciudad tropical no te den fruta de cortesia.
Tambien deberian considerar poner un rotulo visible en la calle ya que tanto los ubers como el huesped se pierde y no los encuentra con facilidad. Ojo tambien con el tema de las maletas porque no hay elevador, la gente del front desk ayuda pero si deberian tener a alguien encargado en esa parte.

Un lugar con infraestructura muy limitada
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. Fueron muy atentos atendieron las solicitudes. Hicieron lo posible por mitigar las restricciones que tenía el lugar. Ayudaban subiendo el equipaje porque el lugar no tenía ascensor.

Cons:

Que el lugar no tuviera ascensor!!. Que mi habitación para una mujer embarazada fuera un segundo piso, pero diera al frente de una terraza donde permitían fumar!!!!!! Que la recepción cerrara la puerta y tuviera uno que timbrar. Esto tomaba tiempo y era inseguro. La habitación era muy oscura y poco privacidad.

Jugo de cortesía, debería ser a elección, en nuestro caso fue un jugo de panela el cual no nos gustó, quizás porque no estamos adaptados. Igual se agradece

The staff was very kind and friendly and always smiling.
They gave us nice recommendation about restaurants and places to visit.
The handyman was super helpful to fix our luggage as we arrived with a broken wheel.
The breakfast had quite a few options to select from and it was very tasty.
The location of the hotel was also great.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Me encantó las habitaciones, tenían Alexa para controlar todo, las luces el aire,etc la vrd muy bueno. El desayuno fue lo mejor también tenían muchas opciones y todas muy ricas

Cons:

El último día se olvidaron de poner papel higiénico y tuve que pedir en recepción pero lo solucionarían rápido
