Pros:

It was a comfortable stay at an affordable price. I really liked that there was a balcony to sit outside. The hotel was near to the tram station and the city centre.

Location, location, location
Pros:

Modest but clean accommodation right in the middle of Lygon Street cafes and restaurants area. Easy access to public transport and walking to Melbourne CBD took 15 minutes. The property is undergoing progressive renovation, our room was cleaned and new towels, daily. We didn't have a car as parking would have been expensive. They have a free guest washing machine and the dryer costs $6. Woolworths supermarket 3 blocks away.

Great, spacious rooms in a brilliant area to access the city
Pros:

Very spacious and clean rooms; brilliant location for visiting the city and great area to be in; easy, secure and complimentary luggage storage.
