The staff who served us breakfast were fantastic very cheerful and helpful. Reception staff were lovely too

Cons:

Our initial room wasn’t appropriate as the key pad was flashing red. However we were given a different room and 2 complimentary drinks for the trouble. Which was lovely

Perfect location, gorgeous hotel for a great price, beautiful rooms
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, a gem in the city. Less than 5 minute walk from Metro which was easily accessed from the airport. The reception and check in was perfect, friendly, quick and easy. The room had everything and more. Plenty of sockets, iron, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lovely showers, comfy beds, TV, tea/coffee, safe. Walking distance from loads of gorgeous bars and restaurants, highly recommend Gaucho, 10 munite walk from hotel, best meal we've had in years.

Cons:

my only gripe would be the bar in the hotel, we paid nearly stg25 for 2 glasses of wine which were adequate. We went to the Mile Castle next door for a much better glass for stg4.10. But overall the hotel was excellent, high recommend and will return on my next visit.
