Comfortable hotel with room for improvement
Pros:

Nice, quiet room with a safe, kettle, and small fridge, as well as a pleasant bathroom. The surroundings are also nice, with a park and several restaurants nearby. The staff was professional and polite. The hotel itself appears to have a good restaurant and bar, although I did not use them during my stay.

Cons:

The room has air conditioning, but the temperature cannot be adjusted individually. Any change requires assistance from a technician, who apparently finishes work at 4 p.m.. This is inconvenient.
The underground parking is useful, but it is quite deep and has only a single access lane. Since cars can travel in both directions, entering or leaving can be stressful since another vehicle may come from the opposite direction.

Une honte pour un hôtel de ce standing !A fuir en période de canicule
Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre au Parchamp pour mes parents, qui habitent habituellement dans le Sud mais devaient rester quelques jours en région parisienne pour des examens médicaux. Mon père est très malade et en fauteuil roulant. Avec la canicule, notre priorité était simple : leur offrir un endroit frais, confortable et sécurisé, à proximité de chez nous.

Nous arrivons de voyage et les déposons à l’hôtel à 00h30. Quelle surprise de découvrir que la chambre n’a pas de climatisation. Le réceptionniste de nuit, contrairement à la suite du séjour, a été professionnel et a réellement essayé de trouver une solution. Nous croisons d’ailleurs plusieurs clients dans les couloirs qui se plaignent eux aussi de chambres sans climatisation.

Après des recherches interminables, mes parents obtiennent finalement une chambre vers 2h du matin… une chambre de catégorie inférieure, avec une terrasse dans un état lamentable (canettes sous le banc, sacs plastiques) et un évier à moitié bouché. Mais surtout : toujours pas de vraie climatisation.

Le lendemain matin, après une nuit éprouvante, mes parents demandent simplement un café en chambre. Impossible : pas de room service. Nous signalons à nouveau la climatisation défaillante. Le réceptionniste nous répond qu’il est seul, que nous sommes dimanche et qu’il ne peut rien faire. Pire encore : il remet les clés de plusieurs chambres à mon mari afin qu’il aille lui-même chercher une chambre climatisée dans l’hôtel. Est-ce vraiment au client de faire le travail du personnel ?

Évidemment, aucune chambre climatisée n’a été trouvée.

Mon père, déjà très affaibli, a dû supporter cette situation alors que l’objectif était précisément de le protéger de la chaleur. Mes parents étaient épuisés, et l’hôtel n’a montré aucune réelle considération pour leur situation.

J’appelle ensuite la direction. Le directeur se montre surpris, me dit qu’il va me rappeler… Il ne l’a jamais fait. Aucun suivi, aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial.

Value for money, good service, close to transportation.

Everything went well, its very near to train station, breakfast is good, and the room is very clean. Since it was our 30th anniversary, Oliver (one of the staff) send a surprise to our room, it was very touching indeed.
