Perfect hotel to stay if you plan on going umrah
Pros:

Location was perfect, staff were super friendly. They also let me check out couple hours later. If I needed anything, they always helped

Cons:

Elevators can take forever. But not the hotels fault , too many guests.

سلاسة وسرعة تسجيل الدخول والخروج، هدوء المكان، الإفطار منوع بشكل جيد مع القدرة على خدمة العدد الكبير من النزلاء بدون تزاحم او تأخير، توفر المصاعد وسرعة استجابتها للطلب، وسع الغرفة وبرودتها، سعة دورة المياه ونظافتها وقودك تفق ماء الاستحمام، قربه من المسجد الحرام، تعاون جميع الموظفين وتعاملهم بلطف وخاصة قسم العناية بالنزلاء ( الموظفة شهد ) .

عدم وجود لوبي ومقهى مريحة ذو مطل، عزم توفر ادوات النظافة في الحمام، لو كانت الستارة أكثر حجبًا لضوء الشمس لكانت افضل، لا يوجد ميزان وادوات المطبخ البسيطة، لا يوجد سجادة صلاة.

قرب المكان من الحرم. فخامة وتنوع البوفيه في الإفطار لدرجة أنه يغنيك عن الغدا، متنوع بمعنى الكلمه ففيه المخبوزات بأنواعها وأشكالها وبروست الدجاج وفيه للحم والسمك والفواكه والخضار وتنوع والمشروبات نظافة الفندق

مشكلة المصاعد، جدددددا تتأخر في الفتح، المطعم يحتاج لتوسيع أو تنسيق لزيادة القاعات.
