The welcome was second to none and Remi was extremely helpful with our luggage as well as organising an anniversary gift from the General Manager. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness.
The buffet dinner was exceptional and a great hit with all of us especially our 14 year old grandson.
The room was good, the location was good, the staff were good. Nothing was exceptional except the price. Everything was expensive.
Some of the service was good, some was okay, and some areas definitely need training.

Ayres Rock is a typical resort, i.e., the dinning options are open to the other hotels in the resort. This means booking in advance for dinner is a must if you want to get a table in the hotels main dinning restaurant.
The remote location meant costs were quite high.
