负责接待我的是一位CE开头名字的亚裔女性前台，态度十分傲慢粗鲁。我对房间分配提出疑问，对方直接告知当晚酒店全部满房，无法调换房间。但我抵达时间很早，并不存在完全没有可调整房间的情况。
分到的房间朝向土坡，隔壁紧挨着大型垃圾桶。乌鲁鲁野外苍蝇极多，导致我们全程不敢打开阳台门。房间硬件也存在问题：吹风机无法正常工作，房间内发现蜘蛛。我联系前台寻求解决，她只表示可以更换吹风机，但明确拒绝调换房间。
带孩子出行本期待舒适的沙漠住宿，本次入住从房间分配、硬件设施到前台服务都令人极度失望。希望酒店重视员工服务培训，平等对待每一位付费入住的客人。
I was served by an Asian female receptionist whose name starts with CE. Her manner was arrogant and rude. When I questioned my room allocation, she claimed the hotel was fully booked for the night and no room change was possible. Given my early arrival, this did not appear to be true.
Our room faced an earth slope and sat right next to large waste‑bin enclosures. Uluru has huge numbers of flies, so we dared not open our balcony door for the whole stay.
Inside the room, the hair‑dryer was faulty and we found a spider. When I contacted reception for assistance, she only offered to replace the broken hair‑dryer and flatly refused any room change.
Travelling with children, we expected a decent desert stay. From unfair room allocation, faulty in‑room facilities to impolite front‑desk service, this stay was very unpleasant. I hope the hotel will improve staff training and treat all paying guests equally.

Exceptional comfort, amenities and overall experience
Pros:

The location was excellent, the free shuttle was well organised and regular, the staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) were really friendly, helpful and obliging, the grounds were very well maintained, the room was clean, comfortable and well set out. There was a good variety of dining options - room service and the pool bar food was delicious and service was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay

Cleanliness of rooms & facilities & friendliness of staff

Cons:

Would like option of not having room cleaned/towels changed daily...we just stayed somewhere if you didnt have new towels/room cleaned and put sign out you got a $10 drink voucher...great iniative. Great idea to help climate etc.
