Ok but wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Staff were nice good location

Cons:

More than basic hotel. Room bathrooms really dated and entire toilet was built on a slant. Quite noisy and guy was cutting grass at 8:30am. Food offering very basic.

Good value, great location and good food. -Tired rooms and not welcoming staff..
Pros:

Great location and quiet on the Stirling University Campus.
The reception staff were not welcoming when we arrived. We registered our car for free parking.
We booked a king-size room. The furniture is tired and dated. The en-suite was also needed refurbished.
It was clean and a very comfy bed was a plus.
We booked a table for the evening meal but got put in the bar and not the restaurant. The servers were not very welcoming and quite dismissive.
The food thankfully was delicious.
We chose not to have breakfast.

When checking out we stood for a while until we got the attention of the receptionist. She never asked if we enjoyed our stay or anything.
Great food and location.
Tired rooms and not welcoming staff.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and good location. We stayed because we were attending a private birthday party. The buffet food was amazing the best we have ever had.

Cons:

Bathroom needs some updating, toilet was wobbly and noisy when you sat on it. Bed and sheets were hard.
