Property Closure: The hotel will be fully closed from July 27th to August 9th, 2026.

Restaurant & Breakfast: The restaurant will be closed during renovations. Between August 10th and Oktober 18th, breakfast will be served at our partner property, Hotel Alexander (a 5-minute walk away).

Muy buena opción para quedarse en Basilea
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el trato en recepción , ya que las señorita fue muy amable y hablaba español. El hotel está muy bien ubicado prácticamente en la esquina tomas el transporte público el cual es gratuito en Basilea.

For me, it was not value for money. Breakfast was expensive but nothing special, my room was too small

Pros:

Clean and tidy room, with good breakfast, great location and good overall value for money. The elevator doesn't go to the 4th floor, but I only had the one suitcase to carry up the last flight of stairs so this was not overly inconvenient

Cons:

The room was a little small and hot at this time of year. Fortunately they did provide a good fan which helped.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale e a due passi dalle fermate dei tram.
La nostra camera situata al terzo piano era molto spaziosa, confortevole e presentava una piacevole vista sulla città.

Cons:

I materassi erano un po' sfondati e i cuscini molto scomodi.

A comfortable budget stay.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, just near a tram stop. Big Co-op supermarket opposite is very handy.
Comfortable bed, really good shower. Lovely restaurant next door, nice breakfast buffet spread.
The day staff at reception were very friendly and helpful to leave our luggage after checking out.

Cons:

I arrived at 10.30pm and the man on duty was very unhelpful. He hardly spoke, he didn't tell me that my room on the 4th floor is accessed by a staircase beyond the 3rd floor lift, which i found eventually. He also didn't tell me about how to get in late the next evening, as the main door is locked.
Definitely not a nice welcome after I'd been travelling all day.

otel oldukça temiz, çalışanları ilgili. çok merkezi bir konumda, yürüyerek tarihi merkezi dolaşabiliyoruz. gün içinde kahve ikramı var.

Cons:

haziranda konakladık ve klima olmaması otel konforunu oldukça düşürdü. 3 adet vantilatör verdiler ancak tüm gece çalıştırmak zorunda kaldığımız için gürültülü bir ortamda uyumak zorunda kaldık.
