Practically right in the historic center, but quite cramped.
Pros:

A very central location, beautifully situated right on the church square. Friendly welcome and pleasant interactions with the owner and staff. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. I cannot personally comment on the breakfast, as I opted for self-catering; however, my companion was satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which was served in an annex belonging to the hotel.

Cons:

I find it hard to believe that this is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, as everything is very old and worn out.
There was somewhat limited space in the room to place and unpack suitcases; the bathroom, too, offered only minimal shelf space for cosmetics and toiletries.
It was a luck that I brought along a few kitchen utensils just in case, as there was neither a coffee or teapot, nor any fruit and vegetable knives or household scissors.
Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a construction site located directly in front of the hotel by the church; consequently, construction noise began early in the morning, and the fumes from the machinery drifted into our room whenever we opened the windows to air it out. Of course, the hotel cannot be held responsible for this; however, anyone planning to book a stay this summer should be forewarned that the construction work may still be ongoing.

Pros:

Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in einem recht desolaten Zustand. Die Wände waren krumm und schief, was dem alten Gebäude zu Verschulden ist. Der Boden- sowie auch der Fassadenzustand in den Zimmern waren mehr als nur ausbaufähig.
Was uns sehr verwundert hatte, die Zimmertür war nicht wirklich vollkommen verschlossen, sondern konnte mit nur leichtem Zusatzdruck mühelos geöffnet werden obwohl die Tür "verschlossen" war.

Da wir nur für eine Nacht da waren, ist es (noch) okay gewesen, aber falls wir nochmal nach Brügge kommen, suchen wir uns ein anderes Hotel

Ganztägig kann man Kaffee und Tee haben… das ist außergewöhnlich toll! Sehr freundliches Personal… Unser Sohn hatte eine große Terrasse beim Zimmer… wirklich einzigartig!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr abgewohnt- aber sauber! Die Betthäupter aus Stoff sind nicht appetitlich… das nächste Mal nehme ich ein Tuch zum Abdecken mit. Die Badezimmer sind klein aber charmant!
