Convinient & clean
Pros:

Location, Bruges is not a large city & very compact & this hotel was situated very close to the centre, about 5 minutes from the market square & from there you could easily navigate to all the places you wanted to see. Tea & Coffee available all day in the lounge area - lovely coffee machine so a nice start to the day. It was a 13 minute walk from the train station.

Cons:

No staff around, it looked like they had 3 properties in a small area so no one around on a regular basis although only a phone call away if needed. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Personnel très aimable et accueillant, hôtel impeccablement propre et idéalement situé. Mention spéciale pour le concept de l'« honesty bar » (serviettes/boissons en libre-service où l'on note ce que l'on consomme et régularise à la fin du séjour) : c'est une attention très conviviale et agréable !

Cons:

Concernant le logement, nous aurions préféré que tout se trouve dans la même pièce. La chambre était à l'étage (style grenier/mezzanine) ; ainsi, pour aller aux toilettes la nuit, il fallait redescendre. Avec un jeune enfant de 3 ans et demi en plein apprentissage de la propreté nocturne, ce n'était vraiment pas pratique. De plus, les fenêtres ne dispose pas de double vitrage : le matin, on entendait tous les bruits de l'extérieur (ayant le sommeil très léger, cela m'a dérangé(e) parcontre mon conjoint ca ne la pas dérangé il na pas le sommeil léger

La posizione fantastica e la gentilezza dello staff, la sala comune accogliente, la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio qualche ora prima e dopo il soggiorno.

Cons:

Camera angusta e opprimente nel sottotetto raggiungibile tramite una stretta rampa di scale. Letti scomodi. Bagno con porta a vetro che lascia poco spazio all’immaginazione.

大聖堂を眺めながら、歴史を感じながら滞在できる
Pros:

大聖堂のすぐそばで便利な場所であった。歴史ある建物なので、広さや設備の充実は望めないが十分に快適であった。

Cons:

ただ一つの残念は冷蔵庫の大きさ。特に暑い時期でもあり、連泊だったので食料品の保存もあり、2ドアの冷凍冷蔵庫だとありがたいと思った。部屋の広さから、無理な場合は、1階のカフェエリアに大型の共同で利用できる冷凍冷蔵庫があったらよいのでは？と思う。

We spent 10 nights in Belgium, the best 3 of them were in Bruges at this hotel.
Pros:

I loved the nice staff, its central and safe location, their free to use coffee machine, quiteness, quaint building, the cathedral view from our window, their honesty bar and everything else they are.

Cons:

The building has no elevator, but it is understandable because it is a historical building.
