Čistota pokojů, příjemný personál a vlastní restaurace, takže jsme nemuseli na večeře chodit daleko.
Breakfast was good, all fresh made but we were in a rush to get our transport and said so at the start. It still took 40minutes to get our breakfast.
There was nothing to do. I had asked our agent (who suggested this hotel) for a relaxed hotel with a swimmingpool for our last day. She said this was a great option with all the facilities (we asked specifically for a pool) there was nothing. No pool, no other facililities, literally nothing. The double room bed was the smallest I ever encountered. The room was very outdated. There were ants everywhere (we had no food in the room). The bathroom was full of ants and also they crawled over the bed. The curtains were very light so all the light came through and woke us up at like 5 / 5.30am. The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel was just nothing there and not the facilities our agent said there were. The restaurant and food was nice. But the rest was just old and outdated. Shower with a curtain, the water didn't flow away properly etc etc. Of course it is not the hotel's fault that there was no pool and no facilities. We booked via booking but on suggestion of an agency that had organised a large part of the holiday. Next time I will check facilities a lot better as this was really a disappointing visit especially for the price paid.
resto is a little bit expensive , aircons around are noisy
A brilliant hotel, located right on the waterfront (as the name implies), where you can often spot reef shark and turtles in the water below. Great and very accomodating staff, brilliant restaurant. Initially, we thought the $1, 2 min water taxi to Puerto Ayora was a bit of a nuisance, but quickly got used to the uniqueness of this - and it was very efficinet, never had to wait more than 1-2 minutes.
some double rooms are on the smallish side
Location, staff, services
Locations is amazing and the hotel is so beautiful. The staff is really helpful
This property was beautiful - the location, the staff, the breakfast, the views.
Nothing!
Electricity was off in the area. It was my understanding that it happens often.
Hotel was right on the water but just a five minute boat ride from town. It has a perfect location for walking around to other beaches, it’s restaurant was delightful and the rooms were big and spacious.
I had no negatives at all about the hotel
Location, property, staff
Little pricey, but great
