Pros:

The location was outside of the busiest tourist areas but still easy to get to. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with good air conditioning. We did not eat dinner at the restaurant, but enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. We would stay there again.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel for visiting Venice.
Pros:

Charming hotel with historical features, near the water taxi station. Clean rooms with character, friendly staff, location is great, easy to get from the airport or train station, to St Marco square, even walking. I will be returning to this hotel again.

This Historic hotel in Venice is a wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Venice. Central but quiet location, clean rooms with personality, a/c and elevator. Very nice helpful people working there. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Quartier calme à 2 pas de ACADEMIA et de la station de vaporetto ZATTERE. Très bon restaurant au pied de l'hotel. 1 supérette à 50m et un super marché à quelques minutes. Accueil prévenant et chaleureux. Ch.306 au calme. Climatisation fonctionnelle. La chambre accessible par l'ascenseur à l'étage est spacieuse. La itrie est très bonne. De vrais volets à la fenêtre qui occultent totalement la lumière. La salle d'eau avec douche est moderne.Pas ou presque pas de moustiques. Le petit déjeuner est largement suffisant, en sucré (viennoiseries, cake, tarte, yaourts, fruits frais...) comme en salé (charcuterie et fromages). Joli patio attenant à la salle du petit déjeuner. Bonne couverture wifi

La déco de la chambre elle même est un peu désuète mais n'enlève rien à tous les points positifs.

A lovely place to base your Venetian adventures
Pros:

A perfect location: quiet, yet within minutes of anywhere you choose to go, either on foot or by vaporetto (Accademia and Zattere stops are both very near).
The room was lovely, with a separate little sitting room/sun room and a nicely appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and a good level of firmness.
Breakfasts are good, with excellent fresh baked goods and coffee to live for!

Cons:

The shower temperature fluctuated somewhat, but this is unavoidable when everyone is using water all at once so entirely understandable.

Great location, strong AC, great staff
Pros:

During their heat wave, this was the best air-conditioning we could’ve asked for. we included breakfast in the cost of our room. The breakfast was very light, but good. It was just enough to get your day started. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very charming.
