Pros:

Location is superb. Away from noisy streets but right about a block from the water taxis Zattere. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. And the attention really good as well. They all work hard to accommodate customers needs and requests. Very helpful with information on use of water taxis as well as places to go visit

Cons:

We would have liked to have a small coffee machine with capsules instead of instant coffee and a kettle.

Прекрасный отель с историей. Прекрасное расположение и дружелюбный персонал.
Уютный ресторан. Хорошие завтраки и очень вкусный итальянский капучино.

Cons:

Очень маленькая душевая кабина, возможно нам просто попался такой номер.

La situation dans ce quartier authentique de Venise, entre Grand Canal et Zatterre.
Le balcon/terrasse du dernier etage au coucher du soleil.
L'ambiance un brin désuète de l'hotel dans le style anglais cocooning.

Great location, friendly staff, recommended!
Pros:

Small simple hotel, a lovely little reception area as you walk through the door and friendly staff to welcome you. Check in was easy. Breakfast simple fare but perfectly lovely for us (we only stayed two nights). Location for us was perfect - slightly less busy area but very easy for water bus, water taxi and a 2 minute walk to Academia bridge and access to the main tourist hot spots. Dorsoduro area - more than enough bars, restaurants and shops. Recommend in particular San Trovaso (2 min walk) for evening meal, Osteria Al Squero (4 mins) for snug casual drinks and Cicchetti opposite a gondola building area.
