Pros:

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to the city centre. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cleaning staff, in particular, were very kind and approachable.
Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
