Price does not include a 10% service charge. According to Peruvian legislation, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to payment of 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at Check-In time at our Hotels.

A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.

Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Hotel bien ubicado, en Miraflores

Cons:

El ruido proveniente de la calle, a pesar de solicitamos una habitación mas arriba y en lo posible mas tranquila, el desayuno no es muy completo (siempre faltaba algo), ofrecían un trago y un snack, de cortesía, y en realidad lo que brindaban es un baso con un jugo de limón con gas, y unas papitas fritas de supermercado, indigno para el nivel del hotel, vergonzoso.

Cumple las expectativas. Trabajadores muy amables. Muy buena ubicación y relación precio calidad.
Pros:

En general todo muy bien, buena relación precio-calidad. Destaca sobre todo la amabilidad del personal que trabaja en el lugar. Así como también el desayuno y la limpieza. La zona es muy segura y se puede llegar caminando a restaurant, bares, etc..o a otros lugares en uber de manera muy económica.

Cons:

Solo un par de detalles: El color café de los muebles es un poco antiguo (renovándolo queda perfecto) y la silla del escritorio muy incómoda, pero en general mi evaluación es muy positiva en relación precio-calidad.
