Food was good.

Cons:

Swimming pool was slower than expectation and it was also not cleaned. It was cleaned after we arrived.

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé en haut de la plage de Kovalam (à 5 minutes). Belle grande chambre avec un balcon et une très belle vue sur l'océan.
Le personnel est très attentionné,, j'ai eu très rapidement 2 jours de circuit avec visite de sites très intéressant.
Le restaurant est très calme, bonne nourriture.

Good location, hotel quite dated.
Pros:

Nice big room. View of sea
Warm pool

Cons:

Building work going on around the pool.
The building was quite dated
Pool very small & not much shade - only 2 umbrellas
Although the sea very close, can’t get to it directly from the hotel.
Internet connection very intermittent

Great hotel with beautiful rooms with view over kovalam beach
Pros:

Very comfortable room with large sun protected balcony. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with very competent staff and delicious food.

Cons:

No direct access to beach. There was a water leak which could have been managed better to avoid inconvenience to guests

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Aussicht. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Cons:

Wir hatten 12 Stunden im Bad gar kein Wasser, weitere 24 Stunden nur für sehr kurze Zeit und nur auf Anfrage. In den ersten 12 Stunden hieß es mehrfach, das Wasser wäre in 5-10 min zurück. Den Pool konnten wir zweieinhalb von fünf Tagen gar nicht benutzen. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung. Das Management hat nichts gemacht. Selbst die Bitte um einen Wassereimer, um für die Toilette und das Händewaschen etwas Wasser zu haben, mussten wir selbst äußern. Das ist für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel. Von daher können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Excellent room, steep walk to beach.
Pros:

Superb room, lovely balcony with views down to the sea. Woke to peacocks one morning. Breakfast excellent, egg dosas, yum. Good bathroom, laundry service.

Cons:

Steep, indirect walk down to the beach and seafront restaurants, (and of course back up). No beer licence at Getaway so we didn't eat dinner there. Pool and loungers look good in the photographs but in reality a tiny plunge pool and only two loungers.

Almost paradise!
Pros:

Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Cons:

There was a pump outside our room that made a knocking noise. We asked several times about it and were told it would be taken care of but it wasn't until we asked 3 separate times. Eventually it stopped at 10:30 pm but it started again at 3 am so we did not sleep

Wir haben nicht dort übernachten können, habe ihnen bereits einen Beschwerden Email geschickt und erwarte baldige wie möglich unser Geld zurück

Das Hotelzimmer war unvorstellbar schmutzig. Von der aus Glas mit Fingerprint nicht geputzt. Auf der varanda, der Tisch war nicht geputzt. Vorhänge waren kaputt und heunterhängend . Der Sofa hatte ca. 1 Meter langer Loch. Unvorstellbar. Leider habe ich bei der Aufregung diese Zimmer nicht fotografiert. Wänden schmutzig. Bett hat sauber ausgesehen. An den Wänden waren Wein oder Blut nicht identifizierbar Flecken. WC Und dusche schmutzig und verschimmelt. WC Papier mit Dreck verschmiert. Ich kann Ihnen nicht mehr besser informieren. Als ich mich bei den Personal über die Zimmer beschwert habe, haben sie den Manager geholt. Er hast sich bei mir entschuldigt und wollte noch den Sofa tauschen in diesem schmutzigen Zimmer. Er wollte auch seine Personal organisieren zum putzen. Das Zimmer zum putzen und ausmalen und Vorhänge neue zum organisieren brauchen Sie ganze Woche. So haben wir das hotel sofort verlassen. Nach der langen Reise war diese Umständen unerträglich und ein neues Hotel zum organisieren war sehr mühsam. Ich habe nach dem Bildern was booking.com inseriert hat, das hotel bei Ihnen gebucht. Ich hoffe das Sie jetzt mich verstehen kann und mir bald wie möglich eine Antwort geben kann und mein Geld was ich beim einzecken volle 3 Tage bezahlt habe retour bekomme. Meine Freundin und ich haben getrennt bezahlt und beim Beschwerde Mail hsbe ich die Rechnung dazu geschickt.
