מקום אירוח נקי ומתוחזק. הצוות מאוד שירותי ונחמד.

הארוחות טעונות שיפור, לא היה מגוון מספיק של אוכל בטח לטעם הישראלי. ציפיתי ליותר וקצת התאכזבנו

Highly recommend SENSEANA Sea Side Resort — we’d come back in a heartbeat!
Pros:

An amazing stay from start to finish! The service was flawless — staff were attentive, friendly, and available all day, every day, no matter what we needed. The food was excellent with great variety at every meal.

The facilities here are outstanding. The water park was a huge highlight, and the main pool was just as impressive. Perfect for families too — there’s a full playground area and a huge, pampering game room for kids that kept them entertained for hours.

Every evening there’s live music by the pool, and the cocktails were unlimited and delicious all day long. The whole team was fantastic and really made the stay special.

Highly recommend SENSEANA Sea Side Resort — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

הזמנתי חדר רגיל ושודרגתי לחדר שיוצא ישירות לבריכה, אוכל בשפע, פארק מים ברמה לילדים שנהנו עד אין סוף. נתנו לנו יציאה מאוחרת ללא תשלום.. כולם נחמדים וחלקם גם מדברים עברית עם הילדים. אחלה בריכות.

Pros:

מלון קטן ונוח , הכל קרוב ונגיש , יחס הצוות כולו מעולה ! כל בקשה נענתה בכבוד ונימוס . החדר עם הברכות הפרטיות כייפי מאד !! פארק מים מעולה לילדים קטנים וגדולים .

Cons:

האוכל סה״כ טעים וטוב אבל יחסית לבתי מלון אחרים באותה רמה היו חסרים ירקות , סלמון מעושן שיש בדרך כלל בארוחות בוקר ומאפים מלוחים .

Sehr schöner Urlaub, es hat uns sehr gefallen.
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Essen und Getränke bei AI sehr gut und super Qualität. Das Personal ist super Aufmerksam und sehr Gästeorientiert. Der Rutschen- Wasser-Park war für unser Kind ein tägliches Highlight. Besonders die Dame die täglich unser Zimmer gereinigt hat war professionell, super nett und hatte jeden Tag gute Laune.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Swim up Room. Das war wirklich gut und den Preis wert. Unsere Nachbarn hatten dies auch und bekamen auch täglich Besuch von einer befreundeten Familie. Das heißt, wir hatten täglich 4 Erwachsene und sieben Kinder auf der Terrasse neben uns. Das war wirklich neben der Lautstärke auch von der Anzahl spielender Kinder um uns nicht wirklich erholsam.

האוכל היה לר טעים מעבר לזה שחלק נכבד מהמלון מישראל לא היה כמעט דבר ישראלי כמו שניצל הכל מושתת על חזיר
היה דג אחד בכל ארוחה שזה בסדר אבל האוכל היה טפל ולא טעים לא הפסטה לא האורז וחבל...ערב אחד הלכנו למסעדת המלון והיה טעים אז מדוע במסעדה אוכל טעים ובחדר אוכל לא טעים בכלל... בנוסף ביצעתי את ההזמנה כמה חודשים טובים מראש במהלכם ביקשתי פעמיים שהחדרים יהיו צמודים זה לזה כי יש לי ילדים קטנים כשהגעתי שמו אותנו במרחק של שישה או שבעה חדרים הסברתי להם שביקשתי כמה פעמים שהחדרים יהיו צמודים אך לא היה מענה מצידם קיבלתי מענה ביום שעזבתי במייל עד אז כל הבקשות שלי היו ללא התייחסות
בנוסף חדר ללא ארון זה מבאס

Had much higher expectations
Pros:

Beautiful resort, great pools,great waterpark.

Cons:

Rooms are not clean, food is low quality in comparison to the impressive facilities.
Requested a baby crib in advance before arrival, had to request it once again after arriving, and once again a couple of hours later(night time).
The room was not clean when we arrived, that said, they came to clean it again.
When requesting to clean it once again the day after, it took them around 3 hours to get someone to clean the room.
This place has the potential to be a ten, but it has work to do, and I am not a person who likes to complain, I have much respect for people providing me service, but they lack the basics.

Pros:

Приятная атмосфера, отличная команда на всех уровнях.
Современный отель, чистые номера. Отличное разнообразие в питании.
Нет занимающих с утра места у бассейна людей.

Детский аквапарк и развлечения для детей на высоте, в особенности доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

Единственное что слегка вызвало недоумение это ребята которые быстро ездят на гольф машинах по дорожкам.

מלון מדהים ביופיו, שירות מצוין מהקבלה, חדר אוכל, שירות החדרים והניקיון.
המלון היה בתפוסה גבוהה ובכל זאת לא הרגשנו עומס במלון.
חדר האוכל מציע מגוון שנותן מענה גם למי שלא אוכל בשר. בנוסף יש בר ליד כל בריכה מציע משקאות ומזון.
החדרים נקיים ומרווחים.

Cons:

הספא היה גרוע, המסאז' שעשינו ע"י 2 מעסות היה ממש לא מקצועי ומאוד חובבני, נוסף לזה המחיר גבוה מאוד ולא מצדיק את הרמה הנמוכה של העיסוי.
