Great location and team!
Pros:

Little Saigon Boutique Hotel was great. It's in a great location and set back from the bustle of main street traffic with an entrance down an alleyway. The reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and willing to help or provide advice. The room was as pictured and was clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely. Would recommend.

Pros:

Location. It is very convenient to a lot of tourist attractions, Ben Thanh Market being one.

Cons:

Ants. Especially the small ones. The reason they are in the room is due to the snacks which the room offers.

I liked it so much that I stayed there twice during my trip.
Pros:

Best location. Best personnel. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. All for a very good price. When I was leaving, Nick, one of their employees, not only carry my luggage to the street (hotel is in an alley) but also stayed there with me until the Grab came. All without asking.

Costo beneficio, mejor hotel para quedarse en Ho Chi Minh
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención. Cuando me estaba yendo, Nick no solo me llevó mis maletas hasta la calle (el hotel está dentro de un callejón) sino que se quedó ahí conmigo hasta que mi carro llegó. Ese es solo un ejemplo de lo simpáticos que son en ese hotel. La ubicación es maravillosa también.

The location and quirkiness made up for the things that weren’t so great
Pros:

Location is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a quirky location up an alley and then up a long flight of stairs to the lobby. They were very helpful helping with luggage. Breakfast was pretty good in their charming cafe area downstairs.

Cons:

We booked a superior room which I’d assume would be one of their rooms with a balcony. It didnt have a balcony and was pretty small. It was right next to the lift so we didn’t get a good nights as it was pretty noisy. We booked at the last minute as our flight had been cancelled so we unexpectedly had another 30
hours to spend in Saigon. We booked 2 nights as we were leaving for the airport at 11pm on the 2nd night and we needed a base. On Booking.com the only option was to book rooms with breakfast. When we arrived we explained that we wouldn’t actually be sleeping there the 2nd night or have the 2nd breakfast but we were politely told that they only do bed and breakfast so they couldn’t do anything about the price. They had apparently had cancellations for the same reasons our arrangements had been messed up so we felt for them, but a small gesture would have been appreciated.

Amazing location and incredible staff
Pros:

You can’t beat the location of the hotel. It is right in the city center and walking distance to so many places. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Special shoutout to Rosa and Ryan. Would recommend to those who want to be in the heart of it all and expect to explore the city during the day.

Highly recommended
Pros:

We had a very memorable stay. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit.
A special thank you to Rosa — our room was spotlessly clean for the entire stay. The breakfasts were delicious and always served with a smile.
The location was excellent, making everything very convenient.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
