Pros:

Buena situación, limpio y habitaciones grandes

Cons:

Los trabajadores bastante antipáticos y el desayuno q media hora de acabar la hora ya ni reponían. Pedimos huevos y nos dijeron q ya no.

I can highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

First and foremost, location is excellent, walking distance to Rynek and to many tourist attractions at the old town.
Room has a lot of space for the price we paid.
Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond, I emailed them if they can have a small surprise for my daughter’s 21st, they prepared a balloon, birthday card, box of chocolate plus a bottle of wine. They really went above and beyond.
And the breakfast, what a treat every morning. Excellent choices. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was excellent, staff helped us with breakfast to go which was very helpful for us.

I really loved the property, the only thing I could think of the room did not have a facial tissue, but I don’t find it as a problem.

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene excelente ubicación, los desayunos de los mejores que he probado (me arriesgaría a decir que, si no repito la estancia aquí pero vengo a Cracovia, en vez de ir a comer en una cafetería, vendría directamente aquí). Los recepcionistas muy simpáticos, las habitaciones mucho mejor que en las fotos.

La ubicación es genial a solo 3 minutos de la plaza del mercado.
El personal super amable y estaba muy limpio todo.

Hotel nie ma parkingu. Na pocieszenie jest blisko płatny parking, radzę wcześniej zrobić rezerwację bo może nie być miejsc.
