The restroom in one of our rooms sometimes smelled bad, possibly to another restroom bring used within the hotel.
The breakfast was decent, but not very diverse. Other hotels in town, like Bayerischer Hof, have a far more diverse selection for the same price in an equally good location.

Instalacions molt bones.
Pros:

Accés fàcil. La nostra habitació, penthouse, molt bé. Amb aire condicionat i dues terrasses. Banyera amb molt d'estil.

Cons:

Que no facin l'habitació cada dia més que canviar tovalloles i bosses d'escombraries. Podien fer refill també del café.

Voraussetzung für unsere Buchung an einem sehr heißen Tag war eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Bei unserer Suche bei Booking fiel uns das Hotel auf, vorgeschaltet VOR der Zimmerauswahl war der Hinweis, dass die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet seien.
Wir konnten also davon ausgehen, dass ein erneuter Check nicht erforderlich ist bei der Auswahl unseres Zimmers.
Wir kamen von einer weiten Autofahrt an, das Zimmer war auf über 30 Grad aufgeheizt, air condition nicht vorhanden.
Auf Nachfrage hieß es, wir hätten ein Zimmer der niedrigen Kategorie ohne AC.
Es ist (bewusst) irreführend inseriert, eine Kulanz lehnte das Hotel ab.

A Convenient Place to Stay
Pros:

Practical, clean, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite its central location, it was quiet, with restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and quickly resolved a payment issue. We also appreciated the small dog bed provided for our dog. We brought our own breakfast, so we can't comment on the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The reserved parking space was in a different building further down the street, which wasn't a major issue but is worth knowing. The main downside was the comfort of the double bed, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. We also experienced some confusion regarding the payment, but that may well have been a Booking.com issue rather than the property's.

komfortables Hotel für ein Wochenende in Erlangen
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, sauber, alles vorhanden, typisches Frühstück , alles ok,

Cons:

leider an diesem Wochenende ein Strassenfest (Bismarckstrasse) mit lauter Live Musik bis spät in die Nacht ....:(
