Muy cómodo
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y bonita y con vistas agradables. Las camas muy cómodas y mucha tranquilidad y limpieza.

Cons:

me resultó un poco caro y la costumbre de tener toda la acera llena de cristal y cartón para reciclar todos los días afeaba mucho la entrada del hotel

Pros:

The lift was out of order at Carlton Hotel. I was moved to another hotel (Chamode?), which was fine. All was helpful and efficient.

Beds were rather small.

La camera molto spaziosa. Eccellente la colazione a buffet. La posizione molto vicina alla stazione e ben collegata con il centro.

Cons:

L'ascensore era momentaneamente fuori servizio. Nel bagno avrei preferito una cabina doccia al posto della vasca.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Every thing went well.
The staff were very friendly and supportive. The location is excellent (very close to the train station). The room is spacious and comfortable, while the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The only issue during my stay was that the elevator stopped working, which was inconvenient. However, the staff were extremely supportive and made every effort to resolve the problem promptly, which I greatly appreciated.

A very comfortable stay with friendly staff, a great location and everything you need nearby.

Really friendly and helpful staff and a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, with easy tram connections to the Old Town. There are plenty of 7-Elevens, restaurants and cafés nearby, including some open late. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Free coffee from the machine and two complimentary carafes of water each day were also a nice touch.
