Der Mann an der Reception war sehr freundlich, zimmertausch wurde gemacht, da das andere Zimmer nass war, Ameisen im Bad

Cons:

Nach 2 Gästen kein Schinken am Frühstück, es wurde nur frech nach der Zimmernummer kontrolliert, nichts war gekühlt. Tourismusabgabe 7,50 berechnet für 4 Sterne, sind nur 2, Frechheit, es ist eine Arbeiterunterkunft,

L'hotel è molto pulito, la mia camera era accogliente e ordinata, per quanto riguarda la colazione soddisfa ogni richiesta, dai dolci al salato.
Infine la zona tranquilla e ben collegata con il centro di Roma. Consiglio vivamente.

Soggiorno a Roma da 10! Le camere sono curate, pulite e davvero confortevoli. Ma la differenza la fa lo staff: gentilissimo, professionale e sempre disponibile con il sorriso. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti fin dal primo minuto. Tornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero fantastico!
La struttura è curata , accogliente e pulita. La posizione è ottima , comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro e i principali punti di interesse . La colazione era varia e abbondante con prodotti freschi e di qualità. La camera era spaziosa , silenziosa e il letto comodissimo: abbiamo dormito benissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff , sempre gentile , disponibile e professionale . Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Albergo nuovissimo (praticamente un cantiere), il personale si è prodigato per supportarci durante il soggiorno

1. Spostati in un'altra struttura (Hotel Revolution, Tiburtina 998), inaccettabile
2. Albergo più lontano rispetto alla location dell'event a cui avremmo partecipato, ha comportato maggiori spese di taxi
3. Camera rumorosa (malgrado i doppi vetri)
