- Children under 8 years old are free of charge in accommodations, they must pay breakfast and other consumption directly at the hotel.
Please note that in accordance to 679 of 2001 Colombian Law, Law 1336 de 2009 and 3840- 2009 resolution, sexual exploitation of children is illegal. Therefore, every children from ages 0 to 17 must present a valid ID and birth certificate along with the parents ID to verify their relationship. If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, the accompanying adults must have a written and authenticated authorization along with the previously mentioned documentation.

Es un sitio muy lindo, campestre con muy buena atención.
Los cuartos no tienen minibar o por lo menos una nevera y en la piscina no venden nada para consumir.
La atención y las instalaciones
No hay cafetera en el cuarto. Falta una tienda para comprar souvenirs o snacks
las instalaciones son muy agradables, campestre, muy bien cuidado. Las zonas húmedas de muy buena calidad. Desayuno y restaurante de excelene calidad.

Hubo un evento el viernes en la noche y el ruido de música fue estresante muchísimo volumen no se pudo descansar hasta la media noche . Aunque el hotel avisó fue mucho después de la reserva
Adicional me cobraron un seguro hotelero que jamás aprobé . Pero al no aceptarlo me lo devolvieron
El ambiente y la amabilidad de las personas.
Recomiendo mejorar la iluminación de las habitaciones y baños.
El desayuno es bueno y la habitación es amplia. El sitio en general es bonito aunque se siente uno en un convento.
Los baños son viejos y están desvencijados. El SPA no es propiamente dicho un SPA, la piscina es muy pequeña y prácticamente funciona como una piscina de juego para niños. Es casi imposible nadar y relajarse allí. El sauna y el turco están bien pero en una zona "separada" de la piscina, teniendo uno que cruzar la intemperie (en nuestro caso caminar mojados bajo la lluvia y el viento) para acceder a ellos.
Las condiciones de PAGO no son claras. En Booking se anuncia con especificidad que NO se cobrará el pago de la Reserva por adelantado, sino al llegar al establecimiento. Sin embargo, el Hotel COBRA INMEDIATAMENTE la totalidad del costo al momento de realizar la reserva. Y además, cobran ADICIONAL un "seguro hotelero" que NO ofrecen como algo opcional.
