wasnt bad im just glad it wasnt peak season price

bed was ok the pillows was terrible, spa was good and showers had great pressure

Cons:

shower leaked so the bath room floor was full of water the whole time, heap pump filters was so blocked it wasnt throwing out much hot air at all and towards then end of our stay it kept shutting down this is when we realised that the filters was very blocked, robes are not in the room for a spa suite ? so when we asked for some they wasnt any left apparently, elevators are dogy, owe and we went for tea up stairs and my steak was cold like a fridge and my chips came out 15 minutes later and they was hot, my wifes chicken parma was stone cold as well we said something to the waitress and got ignored owe and when we got there we was told they would come take our order and we waved one down after awhile and was told we had to go up and order but the table beside us had there order taken so who knows really

Pros:

Quiet location but close to everything I needed. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room was really modern and clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillow.

Cons:

Would have preferred queen bed than twin single but that's clutching at straws, it was a great stay. Help with bags up to room would make it next level service.

I didn't like hot breakfast ( Buffer) wasn't nice 😕 only things like the latte, fruit, pastry. $30 is a lot as my son didn't eat much.
