The property was beautifully fitted out and maintained.
The staff at reception were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and there to help at any time. They provided a complimentary upgrade of room and offered late check out. They also explained the specials for the night in the restaurant and showed a detailed knowledge of their hotel in all aspects. Gym was well fitted out.
Honestly it was perfect.
The accessible room was fantastic making the stay relaxing for someone who needs a walker.
Maybe the long walk to the dining room from the accessible room. This is only an issue if using a walker. But the room and bathroom itself was fantastic making showering ect easy and a relaxing holiday.
The only thing that I liked about the property is the location and the recreation area gym and indoor swimming pool.
1. The 2 single beds were uncomfortable.
There was a lot of noise at night when we were trying to sleep.
2. The quality of food served was poor and serving size was also poor compared to other resorts across the state where food prices were relatively reasonable and serving sizes were relatively better. Also the food prices were higher than other places. The menu should be improved with more food options in it to suit people.
Amazing room, comfortable and great views. Great customer service, they accommodated for our particular needs.
Cleaning under furniture could be better
Great rooms and an excellent restaurant and golf course
Too many guests with off lead dogs. Our ground floor room had a number of unwelcome furry guests ‘visiting’ while off lead on walks by our back door.
The staff at reception were top-class.
The pool facilities were busy with multiple kids' swimming classes, but to be fair I was informed prior to check-in. It would be helpful to know the times that the pool is being used for classes so that guests may be able to avoid those times.
The hotel room was very quiet, and parking was close to our room.
Our room faced the carpark, was hoping for a view of golf course or beach.
