the location was amazing very close to osmanbey metro station, they have a really nice terrace where you can take your breakfast and enjoy the view, and the kitchen staff were very attentive and nice even when they barely can speak English.
the attitude from the main reception guy, was very rude and disrespectful yelling in Turkish so I felt very stressed because even I tried to explain how works my card ( contact payment with my cel ) doesn't matter the currency my phone can paid even euros or Turkish liras, but this guy never understands that, so he called the manager and of course she knows how to handle the situation offering a solution in a very nice way.
I stayed at Valide Hotel for 6 days and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting Istanbul for shopping.
The location is excellent. The metro station is just a short walk away, and within only 2–3 stops you can easily reach most of the city’s major shopping malls and outlets. It made getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel staff - Adem, Timur, and others (unfortunately I don’t remember their names) - deserve special recognition. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning.
Overall, this has been one of the best experiences we’ve had in a budget hotel. The price was very reasonable, yet the level of service, comfort, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. It offered outstanding value for money, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Loved the location and the room was spacious and good for 3 people
The floors were EXTREMELY dirty that if you don't wear a slipper your feet end up looking like dirt is just attached to it
It was extremely off-putting
Also, breakfast food becomes scraps in the last hour and they don't refill it unless you ask them to which most of the time they wouldn't refill except very small plates
