Always room for improvement
Pros:

Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Joe at the reception. We found small insects on the bed and two of us had rashes. Like the location and room are spacious.

Cons:

A bit noisy when people slam their doors. The lady responsible for frying eggs in the breakfast area is not very polite.

A stylish and convenient hotel with an excellent location for exploring Taipei.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Ximending with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable throughout our stay.

Cons:

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the hallway and nearby rooms was sometimes noticeable at night.

Pros:

I approached the front‑desk staff to ask if my room was already available. In response, the staff member kept asking about a luggage tag, even though I explained that I did not have one because my brother had not yet arrived. The staff never asked me to present my passport or ID, nor did she offered any alternative way to verify my booking.

Later, the duty manager interrupted the conversation and appeared to side with the front‑desk staff. Both of them gave the impression that they were “ganging up” on me, which made me feel confronted, rushed, and uncomfortable. Their behavior was not polite, professional, or reassuring, and it negatively affected my experience at your hotel.

還蠻不錯的住宿
Pros:

地點交通方便，接待人員很親切，房間很大很舒服，隔音還不錯，下次還會考慮再次入住

Cons:

早餐時包飯糰的台子沒有人在，而旁邊的煎蛋台有位廚師在煎蛋，但他一句話都沒說，我只能傻傻的在那邊等，後來一直沒人所以我只能放棄，後來過一陣子我再過去，也看到2位先生站在那裡等，之後才有另一名廚師過來做飯糰
其實這樣觀感不太好，到底要客人在那裡等多久，可能你在煎蛋沒辦法做別的事，但可以跟客人説稍等一下，或是請別人通知一下廚師趕快回來，而不是面無表情的冷冷看著客人罰站，這次住宿大概只有這個小插曲讓人不太舒服了
