Great location in the heart of Ximending with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable throughout our stay.
The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the hallway and nearby rooms was sometimes noticeable at night.
The staff Andrew, Ason and Adam were excellent. Very personable, reliable and efficient.
Breakfast quantity not good

早餐時包飯糰的台子沒有人在，而旁邊的煎蛋台有位廚師在煎蛋，但他一句話都沒說，我只能傻傻的在那邊等，後來一直沒人所以我只能放棄，後來過一陣子我再過去，也看到2位先生站在那裡等，之後才有另一名廚師過來做飯糰
其實這樣觀感不太好，到底要客人在那裡等多久，可能你在煎蛋沒辦法做別的事，但可以跟客人説稍等一下，或是請別人通知一下廚師趕快回來，而不是面無表情的冷冷看著客人罰站，這次住宿大概只有這個小插曲讓人不太舒服了

Room was large, bed comfortable, clean and orderly. Fast check in. Nice staff.
The pictures on booking.com clearly showed there was a bidet, but the room we booked, which was a more premium room did not have one. The front desk said that we needed to change rooms to have a bidet. The light switch (just 1) turns on all the main lighting in the room- you can not use the main light in the wash area without the main light in the bedroom also turning on. The side "table" on one side was a metal drum - aesthetically pleasing but not practical as every little thing you put on it will sound like you were hitting a bass drum. The furniture in the room - specifically the chairs and table all had legs that protruded outward, my wife kept snagging them with her legs. The shower room was nice and large, I liked it, but my wife who has a bit of a mobility problem found it dangerous as there was nothing to hold on to - the walls were wide apart. Maybe, since there is more than enough space, put a chair or a bar on the side?
Location was really goos since it's just a short walk from the station. The staff were all nice, the room was spacious and clean. I had a bit of cold during my stay and I guess the cleaning staff noticed from the way the bin was full of tissues and they left an extra box of tissues which I thought was really nice.
I also liked the laundry room. The washing machine was free to use including the detergent. Both the washer and dryer were big front-loading types that were very efficient and washed and dried clothes well.
The TV. It had an app for Youtube but it kept saying internal error or something so I couldn't use that function. I also couldn't at least mirror cast my phone to the TV. It had discovery channel at least though, but yeah, wished the applications were actually working.
Location was in the heart of the city.
