Great hotel, would recommend
Pros:

Hotel breakfast was very good, staff were excellent especially Kevin (shout out!) who made our stay much more comfortable. Rooms were spacious and well kept. Sauna was excellent. Location brilliant and close to a tube station. Premium hotel.

Cons:

The AC was broken in our room when we stayed, but the team helped us with this issue and rectified it when we spoke to them, making our stay very comfortable following this.

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Very nice spacious rooms and good shower. Good location and lovely shared seating areas. Staff all helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t seem very effective. It was very warm weather but couldn’t get the room cooled down

Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the helpful staff and good location, but the lack of functioning air condition
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The reception staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel acknowledged the air conditioning issue and offered complimentary breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay, which we appreciated. Staff also tried to arrange portable fans where possible.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not functioning during our stay, and we were informed that this issue affected the entire accommodation. We were not informed about this before arrival, despite air conditioning being listed as an available amenity when booking. Due to the heatwave and high temperatures during our stay, the lack of air conditioning significantly affected comfort, especially during the night. There was no clear timeframe provided for when the issue would be resolved.

Tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal, schönes geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Sogar kleiner Fitnessbereich 24/7 offen.

Cons:

Die Sauna Öffnungszeiten von 16-20 Uhr sind nicht ideal. Längere Öffnungszeiten wären super.

Komfortowy hotel w Centrum Berlina.
Pros:

Zostałam w tym hotelu kilka razy i bardzo go lubię za lokalizację i bardzo dobry standard. Obszerne wanny są na plus, może się wykąpać.

Cons:

Hotel mógłby bardziej nawiązywać do historii miejsca, odczuwałam trochę niedosyt tego.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr bemüht, auf Nachfrage gab es als Wiedergutmachung einen Bargutschein

Cons:

Türschloss zuerst defekt, wurde von netten Mitarbeitern schnell repariert. Sehr schade, dass die Klimaanlage bei über 30 Grad nicht funktionierte und nicht repariert werden konnte, Nacht im Backofen
