Pros:

Good location. Clean. Big and comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Tea, coffee, water, small fridge in the room. Good lighting. Lots of raised space to keep luggage/sit. Close to Anhalter Bahnhof starion, only 30 mins from airport with 1 easy change.

Cons:

Several ad/spam whatsapp messages with offers to upgrade. Expensive brekfast for 28 euros/ person

Good location and facility
Pros:

Location is great as I was attending the congress in Tempodrom.
I like that there is Sauna
I really like the breakfast

Cons:

When I was checking out there was an unknown bill. the male receptionist was trying to find out what it is and he said it is the restaurant/bar on our arrival day which we didn't use or sigh to our room. He tried to find the receipt which he couldn't find but he kept saying once he confirm with the restaurant staff he'll charge to my credit card. I kept saying I didn't use it and he kept saying the same. After about 15min my friend who was staying there in the different room and my partner came to argue then he stopped saying he'll charge me. Since he was being pretty rude with us, or especially with me I don't know if it was because I was a female or asian maybe both his attitude wasn't something I would expect form a nice hotel like this and not cheap. I was politely saying that he owes me an apology for this attitude and kept doubting that I didn't use the restaurant and kept saying he'll charge to my card. I assume he really didn't want to apologize at the end we didn't have time and left. I heard he finally apologized to my friend....( and not to us the actual ones who was accused) I really had a good stay at the hotel and I like it I come every year for this event and stay at the hotel it is the first time to experience something like this. I don't want to say but maybe after the hotel chain changed this new brand doesn't have the same standard. Hopefully it will improve next year.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nicht gefrühstückt haben.

Cons:

Das ist ein Luxusproblem bzw. Geschmackssache: die Musik abends in der Bar hat uns nicht gefallen. Wir bevorzugen Barmusik.
