Das Hotel war einfach super! Es ist groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders das schöne Badezimmer hat uns begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, die Covent Garden Tube Station ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Waterloo Station ist nicht weit entfernt. Dank der zentralen Lage lassen sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Everything’s good. Just a small comment. On Friday, I understand the weekend is busy. I had to call the housekeeping twice to clean the room. This is an a la carte breakfast and the weekend service was slightly slow.

Not as expected & not like our previous stay at all 😢
Pros:

Paid at hotel for an upgraded room. It was shabby & smelly. Asked for another that was better. We were told we would have our breakfast cost deducted as compensation, that never happened. As they only emailed the receipted invoice, I wasn’t aware that this didn’t happen until I was home

Cons:

Great location but hotel is grubby, obviously well used. Probably chose another hotel next time though.
