We have stayed at ME a number of times, and have always found the stay to be fabulous. This occasion was no exception, and in fact exceeded all our previous experiences. The staff were courteous in the extreme, and always on hand for the smallest of issues (of which there were none). My girlfriend and I were celebrating our joint birthdays and that was recognised by the hotel in terms of the way the rooms was presented unexpected gifts and just general recognition. My particular thanks to Isabella, Hannah and Rafa, although every single member of staff was superb.

The staff, location & atmosphere. Beautiful hotel & would definitely come back.
Loved everything but when returning from the theatre, we decided to have a drink in the ground floor bar but it was closed & the time was 9.30pm. It was very disappointing!
Best location in London. Top notch design. Luxury amenities (above all, first time a hotel room with a “true” air dryer- Dyson). Really loved the bottle of champagne and chocolates, and friendly staff. We opted for rooms with balconies of top floor. We would do it again. The views are amazing.
Breakfast a la carte - we personally don’t love the idea, despite understanding the concept.
Top floor rooms might be noisy due to the rooftop bar. We didn’t bother at all, probably because the mattress and pillows were so comfortable, but acknowledged it might be an issue for some guests.

Ruime, rustige kamer. Lekker ontbijt - anders omdat het à la carte is - buffet is toch gevarieerder als je meerdere dagen verblijft. Maar alles zeer lekker en verzorgd.
de rooftop-bar was vooral heel luid en ook de muziek in de lobby stond vrij luid vond ik. (We hadden er totaal geen last van op de kamer)
Room service could be better. Plates weren’t collected. House keeping didn’t bother to remove and replace used glasses. The bath was not functional we needed to get it fixed but was only partially fixed so we could not empty it. Could only use the bath one day.
