Pros:

The building was beautiful. Also the plants and the trees.

Cons:

The matrasses were old/not comfortable.
They gave us bottles with water but stored the bottles in full sunlight.
The waiters we not always friendly, sometimes rude and the service was slow.
The front desk was good with one man. But the other man was not friendly at all and did not offer help when he saw us struggeling to get a taxi.

Loved it!
Pros:

Food is excellent, service is great and the facilities are overall fantastic. It's a splendid place to stay and we would definitely love to stay again!

Cons:

Our only feedback was that the mattresses are too soft for support while sleeping (in case you have back issues).

Charming Heritage hotel amidst heart of city

Old vibes, plants and trees

Cons:

Position of ceiling fan was away from bed ( room 301). Ac was to kept on all the time unnecessarily. Mattress was too soft, not good for spine.
Staff attitude was kind of neutral not warm. No room service for lunch and dinner, snacks n tea could be ordered.

Nagyon szép hotel!Tisztaság van!Csendes környezet.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und sehr freundlichem Personal, besonders beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Zimmer etwas dunkel.
