I had to make a change to my reservation dates and that was dealt with by the hotel promptly and professionally. (Thank you.) Check in was simple and quick and the room was excellent - spacious and clean, well-furnished, very comfortable, good temperature, black out curtains, quiet, clean and spacious bathroom. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was clean and comfortable and staff were quick and pleasant. Breakfast (upstairs) was very good - a range of local and international food, juices etc. The staff there were cheerful and helpful. Excellent coffee, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Check out was equally prompt and professional. The hotel is in the same building as a smallish mall that has a supermarket, Italian-ish restaurant, cafe, pharmacy etc.
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
