Pros:

Tout. Le.personnel était très agréable et a trouvé des solutions quand nous en avions besoin. La chambre était propre. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié (pancake, omelette, dosa préparé sur demande). Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel

Excellent stay. The staff were very courteous .
Pros:

The cleanliness & location. Very close to the Malls and easy access to shops. Breakfast options were good.

Only for the staffs and location it’s okay.
Pros:

Only the location and staffs are truly nice people.

Cons:

Extremely poor maintenance. AC doesn’t work, I stayed with my family for 6 nights and AC in the lobby didn’t work for one single day. Everything is old. The only good thing is the location and the staffs are exceptionally nice.

Overall a good hotel - Value for money.
Pros:

Very conveniently located. Good staff behaviour. Generally well maintained. Value for money.

Cons:

Lighting inside the room needs to be improved.
Inconsistency in food quality. While B/F on 18th and dinner on 17th and 18th were excellent, B/F items on 19th were not well cooked / prepared.
