The location was good. The dining area was nice. The room was spacious.

The floor was dirty like it hasn't been swept or mopped. The room was too cold for my taste and no hot water in the shower..

Pros:

Buen desayuno, el desayuno panameño es perfecto para iniciar el dia.

Cons:

Quedarme sin agua ni energia electrica por muchas horas por corte de fluido electrico. Deben tener un grupo electrogeno y encenderlo ante un corte de energía. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el agua no se pueden detener. La capacidad del grupo debe cubrir esas cosas y dejar por fuera el ascensor (son pocos pisos, no pasa nada). El sobrecosto por el uso (no por la inversion en el equipo) pueden cobrarla. En Panama es muy incomodo quedarse sin agua y AC.

Excelente clima!! Hotel animado bem localizado
Pros:

Tudo foi maravilhoso! Localizacao, atendimento, cafe da manha, funcionarios!

Cons:

Acho que em casos do hotel nao estar lotado, deveriam permitir o checkout tardio. Pedi pra sair as 12:00, mas pediram 15 dolares para isso. Nao que seja um absurdo o valor, mas acho uma afronta

The staff accommodated all our needs and requests.

Cons:

I was requested 2 beds. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms with 2 beds. I did sleep 9n a couch and it was okay but it wasn't a bed.

Excellent location. Everything else overhyped.
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

Lots of issues but the worst was they took away control of the air conditioning, we were not allowed to switch it off and the constant noise all day and especially at night was infuriating. We had to call the staff to get the tv working, they realised the remote control was missing, as well as advising us not touch the tv as the wired connection at the back wasn't great! It looked like the balcony hadn't been cleaned for weeks, and although it was a double room there was only 1 small stool on the balcony to sit on. The bedroom had an unpleasant musty smell and redecoration is definitely needed. The plastic on the chair was ripped. No coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom. Ordered coffee from the hotel downstairs, had to wait 25 minutes for it to be delivered. The following mornings we ordered takeaway coffee and brought them back to the bedroom ourselves. Menus at the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant are not great. My husband paid 55 dollars for a steak which was mediocre at best, and was served cut-up into small pieces like a child's plate, with no other accompaniments.

Pros:

Hotel com excelente localização e facildiade para entrar e sair da região de Casco Viejo. Roftop com vista bem legal e bebida com o preço mais justo comparado a todos os outros roftops da região.

Cons:

Durante a noite algumas pessoas tentaram entrar no nosso quarto, porém acreditamos que fosse um erro, pois as portas dos quartos eram uma ao lado da outra e, não apresentavam numeração na parte externa para que facilitasse o reconhecimento.

Amazing location is Casco Viejo

Cons:

It was very loud and hard to sleep with the noise. I guess it’s expected in an area full of bars open at night but the sound isolation could have been better. Also my room wasn’t cleaned one day and next day I had to message reception so they wouldn’t forget.
