Staff both at both checkin and checkout were very pleasant. We requested a later checkout and were able to stay an extra

We earned an upgrade to the view side of the hotel. Even though we got there late it was very pleasant. The rooms were quiet and very clean.

The coffee maker was difficult to use and the coffee was disappointing

Wonderful place and location
Pros:

We stayed here and booked a whale watching tour in Anacortes. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We had a blast playing the slots in the casino and actually won a little money for a change! Everyone was friendly and helpful. It would be a great place for couples for a longer stay. The hotel/casino has everything you could want for an extended stay

Last year with the room overlooking the bay was excellent
Pros:

Rooms that look over the bay & rv sites

Cons:

Our room smelt of mold & strong air freshener. The window has condensation which indicates poor quality. Outside vehicles were left running continuously during our first night. Could hear any sounds & noise from outside which no soundproofing from the window & exterior walls. The room entry door was binding , the closer needs adjustment
