Great central location, easy check in and check out.
Shower head was broken and kitchen utensils were dirty. Wi-fi was not great.
Very uncomfortable bed, unsafe location, tired room
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of Britomart, the Sky Tower, Albert Park, and other attractions. Our executive one-bedroom apartment was fantastic - very spacious, with a huge balcony and great views of the Sky Tower.
Kiran at reception and Shravani from housekeeping were both wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The location is great. Close to Sky City and an easy walk or Uber down to the viaduct.
Nice easy check in.
This time we upgraded to a suite and the view was much better than earlier visits. Lovely big deck off the lounge and bedroom.
Good size rooms in both standard and bigger units.
It's a little dated, but the price reflects that.
Room had lots of broken things.
location
Staff were quick to respond to requests e.g provide missing iron, replacing old shit covered toilet brush , and eventually ( after convincing) provide clean towels etc
The room is very worn and tatty with stained carpets, marked walls, rusted appliances etc
House keeping was extremely poor. I had to ask for clean towels etc … the receptionist ( young man) told me that the housekeeper ( that it was all in my head) had replaced towels ( which they clearly hadn’t)
Location , size, facilities and price
Conforto e relação qualidade preço
Alguns drogados na entrada do prédio
I liked everything so close , shop/vape shop downstairs with plenty of food options. Opp skycity and walkable distance everywhere.
Parking , as we came in a ute in couldn't fit in the underground car park 2m restriction.
Managed to find parking on the road, right outside hotel which is free during weekends. Otherwise there was Wilson car park across the road.
It was fine in terms of frayed carpet etc for the price
Uncomfortable bed with a base too big, which is hard to avoid hurting yourself on at night/ in the dark if you get up. There was a probably pubic hair on the bed and there was no hot water to shower, or wash off the yuck of a pubic hair. The upper staff made no effort to rectify in terms of compensation or anything. I was only staying one night so didn’t get the pleasure of a shower for staying, and had a terrible sleep with lines and an uncomfortable bed.
We checked in, viewed the room and checked out. Was very disappointed with sticky tape holding things together, the smell of glen20 and the general feel of ‘unclean’.
Absolute waste of money.
