A pleasant stay but a bit expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Location was good. Nice and central to the city. The building seems to be and old office block turned into a hotel

Cons:

Very noisey and with a band playing either next door and in the cafe below it made getting to sleep difficult. If wanting parking you will need to advise before hand otherwise you will be parking on the street.

Would not book with quest again.
Cons:

When we checked in the hotel had no electricity and the staff weren’t helpful to sort the problem. We requested a full refund as we weren’t receiving the service we booked.. took over a week for them to follow up with us and a further few days for the refund to be processed.

Pros:

STAFF CHANGED OUR ROOM AFTER THE FIRST WAS UNACCEPTABLY NOISY FROM THE VENTILATION.

Cons:

MISLEADING 'BREAKFAST' IT WAS A 'BREAKFAST PACK' IN THE FRIDGE LIKE A CHILDS PLAY LUNCH FOR SCHOOL.
CHAIRS WERE DANGEROUS - WOOD SHRINKAGE CAUSED THE JOINTS TO BE LOOSE THUS DANGEROUS TO SIT ON.
THE BATHROOM LIGHTS & NONE OF THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES WORKED ON DEPARTURE MORNING.
PAID FOR PARKING THEN HAD TO WAIT FOR A MAN TO PACK & LEAVE BEFORE WE COULD ACCESS OUR CAR.
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Spacious central appartment
Pros:

spacious appartment, good handover of keys in spite of it being "after hours"

Cons:

It was a bit further away from the main restaurants for dinner than I thought it would be - but still within walking distance.

We didn't make it clear on booking that we needed a car park - and that was a bit of an issue - but it was quickly resolved.
