Struttura perfetta per visitare il centro.
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel era ottima: vicino al centro e a tutte le attrazioni. Il servizio di shuttle per l'aeroporto puntuale ed utile. Colazione varia e camera comfortevole.

Pros:

Sehr zufrieden gewesen. Höflichkeit, Sauberkeit, schönes Zimmer und trotz Geburtstag am Abreise Tag, noch einem Kuchen bekommen und gratuliert. Wir haben den spa nicht genützt aber dort ist auch sehr gepflegt gewesen

Pros:

Totul ok. Curat si comod. Se schimba prosoapele zilnic, se face curatenie zilnic. Locatia este foarte buna pentru obiectivele turistice si pentru interesul nostru. Micul dejun poate fi imbunatatit, dar, gasesti ce sa mananci ca sa poti incepe linistit ziua. Este a doua oara cand venim la acest hotel si ne dorim sa revenim tot aici data viitoare. Personalul foarte amabil.

Been there before and it was great, not sure if we will go again :(
Pros:

It was our second stay in the hotel, our first experience was great. Breakfast was nice, the grand bazaar is really close as well, located in the city center. The room had a nespresso coffee machine, and also, it was clean.
We had bigger expectations as we really enjoyed ourselves at our first stay

Cons:

When we entered our room, the smell of cigarette smoke was really strong. We could not air it out, no matter how long we left the windows open. We closed them when we left, but when we returned, it was even worse. I mentioned it at the reception, they said they will solve it, but noting happened unfortunately. The smell was unbearable, we woke up with a headache from the smell.
They “upgraded” us to a seeview room which we were very happy about, until we looked out the window; well, the view was the neighbourly building’s roof and AC dystem, which was really loud and unpleasant. The rooms was really small.
The air ventillation in the bathroom was not working either.
