Personalen var snälla och hjälpsamma städning varje dag fint och fräscht varje morgon. Men El problem hela tiden man kunde inte koka vatten för de hade ofta elproblem.AC fungerade mycket bra om El hade funnits. Men hotellet ligger i bra område man kunde handla från vart som helst. Grandbazar ligger 10 minuter från hotellet. Taxi/Uber finns hela tiden.
Jag tyckte inte om frukosten det var inte så mycket man kunde äta. Det har funnits mycket söta kakor som man inte vill äta på frukosten.

Na zalost zidovi su malo tanki pa se sve cuje iz susjednih soba, mi smo imali tu nesrecu da je porodica iz arabije bila do nas, to je bila galama do kasnih vecernjih sati, morao sam da kontaktiram recepciju, svaka pohvala za njih odmah su reagovali, a mi smo vec sutra dobili drugu mirniju sobu!
Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Szczególnie chcę wspomnieć o menedżerze Ahmedzie. Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację, blisko Grand Bazar, meczet, przystanki
Brudne ręczniki, nawet te które tylko wymienione NIE wyglądały na świeże wyprane i czyste, czasami na ręcznikach były czyjeś włosy. W prysznicu nie działała słuchawka wodna - zatkane wszystkie te dziureczki i woda po prostu ścieka po rączce. Bardzo słabo chodzi lodówka (można powiedzieć że w cale nie chłodzi), chociaż personel mówi że to jest normalna jej praca. Braliśmy ze sobą parownicę - nie dałem rady coś odparować, tylko zacznie parować i odłącza się, ale dalej jest podłączona do gniazda, gniazdka zmienialiśmy, ale bezskutecznie

Комнаты комфортные, без всякого запаха, в пешей доступности от главных туристических мест, рядом трамвайная дорога и хорошие магазины вещей. Вкусный завтрак.
Big thank you to Ahmed for making us feel so welcome. He checked us in with genuine warmth and was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. His hospitality was an unexpected but lovely touch.
