Pros:

Servizio davvero amichevole e professionale, camera accogliente e organizzata molto bene con poggia valigia e porta scarpe (non è da tutti). Hotel in zona strategica sia per il centro che per la stazione. Tornerò sicuramente.

Cons:

La struttura è pulita ma soffre un po' di vecchiaia, nel mio caso gli stipiti e la porta del bagno soffrono l'umidità della doccia e lo sciacquone del wc si incaglia spesso lasciando fluire l'acqua finché non si interviene. Fortunatamente è come il mio di casa per cui l'ho saputo gestire. La plafoniera a soffitto in camera è un bel po' sofferta. Il climatizzatore funziona bene ma anche a bassa velocità è abbastanza rumoroso.

Personnel aimable. Situation dans la ville.

Cons:

Lit dur. Chambre 416. Après deux nuits, mal de dos.
La climatisation faisait tant de bruit qu'il fallait l'arrêter pour pouvoir dormir.

Great stay in Verona
Pros:

Great location… wonderful gelato cafe 1 minute away and easy walk to arena.
Nice breakfast in lovely courtyard area.
Comfortable & quiet, yet only a short walk to major tourist areas.

Para lo que es Verona (distancias y caro), ubicación y relación calidad/precio no es mala...
Pros:

Hab. individual (quizá las dobles son mejores), con el mobiliario (IKEA) justo: escritorio, silla, mesita y 'colgador' (no armario). Todo (habitación, pasillos, escaleras) muy limpio.
Ubicación: un paseo (+/- 10') de las estaciones y otros 15' del inicio del centro (Arena di Verona). Bastante tranquila (fin-de).
Me gustaron especialmente los ascensores (2), interiores pero acristalados, incluso parte del techo.
Colchón un poco estrecho pero cómodo, A/C funciona muy bien (aunque un poco ruidoso).
Desayuno bien: cantidad, variedad y sitio agradable (sala interior y patio)

Cons:

El baño muy pequeño. En especial la ducha, con cortina (complicado enjabonarse, ducharse, no pegarse -mucho- con la cortina y que no caiga nada fuera...).
TV: demasiado pequeña (incluso para una hab. indiv. de un 2*) y solo 5 canales funcionando realmente :-(
Un día antes de la estancia recibí un correo diciendo que ahora tienen una buena nota en Booking, pero que están intentando mantenerla/mejorarla, por lo que apreciarían una calificación de 9 o 10. Lo siento, pero imposible (lo de los canales, ¿tanto cuesta arreglarlo?)
