La cucaracha enorme que encontré nada más entrar en la habitación.
Me dieron la tarjeta llave que abría 2 habitaciones diferentes la mía y la contigua, me di cuenta tras equivocarme de habitación con la contigua y encontrarme a un señor durmiendo, esto me hace sospechar de la seguridad y el control que tienen.

Un establecimiento totalmente asqueroso, totalmente denunciable y ojalá vean este comentario y reaccionen o lo cierren directamente. Para dar un servicio a clientes, mínimo tiene que ser un lugar limpió, el cuál, no es. Cada habitación es un mundo y cada mundo es peor que el anterior. Reservé dos habitaciones para diferentes personas de mi alrededor; una habitación, la 201 es bastante pequeña tanto que da claustrofobia para dos personas, nada más entrar la habitación huele fatal, limpieza mínima y las toallas huelen a perro mojado. Estuve 20 minutos para abrir la puerta de la habitación, ya que está tan pegada al suelo que para abrirla tengo que estamparme con ella, no me he quedado encerrada de milagro. Segunda habitación, la 305, es horrible, lo que tiene de grande no lo tiene de limpio ni de orden. Tanto la puerta corredera que cierra la cocina del pasillo cómo las puertas del armario, están totalmente duras, hay que hacer fuerza para poder abrirlas. Las perchas están metidas en el palo de colgar y es complicado meter ropa para colgar. Las toallas del baño, TODAS, huelen a perro mojado, a vagio, a que las lavan y las doblan con la misma y eso hace que cuando te seques, huelas mal tú después de bañarte. El espejo de la habitación rodado de lado a punto de caerse, no tiene sentido. El suelo tiene bastantes pelos negros largos cómo de mujer (supongo), el cuál no entiendo si para hacer una habitación supuestamente la limpian cómo es que sigue habiendo porquerías dentro. Para disimular el poco trabajo que han realizado, echaron demasiado ambientador tanto en cortinas, cómo en baños e incluso en las camas, tanto que las camas huelen a pis de perro. Nada más llegar tuve que airear la habitación porque daba asco la mezcla del olor de vagio y suciedad de la habitación cómo el ambientador .
