Grande chambre propre

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation, nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. Le bruit de la circulation est infernal !
Nous avons laissé les bagages à la réception avant de partir, quand nous les avons repris le réceptionniste a oublié de nous rendre 1 chapeau. Quand nous avons demandé s’il pouvait nous l’envoyer il nous a demandé 300$… ce n’est pas correct.

Great for a couple!
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel for a 6 day trip with my partner and we still love everything about it. great location, fantastic staff, and the restaurant on the top floor is delicious. Rooms are always clean and facilities are nice

Erg comfortabel
Pros:

We kwamen laat aan in Quito en een kamer krijgen was hier geen enkel probleem. De kamer was erg comfortabel en bij het restaurant boven was het uitzicht geweldig. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en wilde continu helpen

Good value for money
Pros:

The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and all of the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Location is perfect, right in the city centre with plenty restaurants and attractions within a short distance.

Cons:

Needs some improvement to the soundproofing. My room was between a large group, and I could hear conversations, doors opening and closing, and people moving between rooms throughout the night. I noticed there was quite a large gap under the door, which may have been allowing sound to travel into the room. It would be worth looking at this, as it affected my sleep.

I found the breakfast a little lacking. I noticed other guests were served a full hot breakfast and pastries, whereas I was only given some dry pastries and scrambled eggs.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Blick auf die Altstadt war wunderschön. Am Abend kann man das Restaurant und die Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum genießen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir haben Locro de Papa und Seco de Chivo bestellt 😋. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker, mit frischem Brot und frischen Früchten. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, können das Hotel aber zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
