Proximity to train station and Trinity shopping centre. Both bedrooms were en-suite and had separately controlled aircon. The living room also had its own aircon.

I originally requested a 2 bedroom aparthotel when I was booking and I actually had 2 separate, 2 bedroom apartments instead of one appartment
Next door to each other but not interconnected even. But as they were nice we managed that.
Was disappointed as very misleading. Pictures also very misleading as they make it look like you have breakfast etc in rooms! Which we expected to have happened.
I booked for a group of us and just was not what I expected!
Very dark bed rooms for getting ready, one room even had a light missing. Even bathroom very dark, no magnification mirror. A shame for such a Nice property!
Beautiful big, clean rooms with great bathrooms and products. Kitchen well equipped but not much essentials at all!

We were given a free upgrade to a duplex apartment. This represented excellent value for money. There two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge area. Everything appeared newest and perfectly working.
Location was excellent, only minutes from the main station. Though in a very central position of the city there was no noise.
We would certainly recommend it.
There was confusion over the checkout times. The accompanying hotel has 12midday check out, whilst the apartments has an earlier time of 11 am. This was not made clear until we were checking out. Normally the times are shown on the card holder for the room keys, which would have stopped any confusion, but that had not been printed.
Good location
I booked a two-bedroom apartment at Quebecs Luxury Apartments for three nights at a cost of around £1,250, which worked out to roughly £210 per night per room. At this price point in Leeds city centre, you could easily stay at some of the best hotels with far better service.
What disappointed me most was the lack of daily housekeeping. The apartment is cleaned only before check-in and after check-out, so for the entire stay you are expected to manage with the same room condition, towels, bins, etc. This made the experience feel much more like a budget apartment setup rather than a premium stay.
To make matters worse, although we were informed that checkout was at 11am, we were slightly delayed leaving and were charged for just one additional hour. Considering the amount already paid for the stay, this felt unnecessary and quite disappointing from a hospitality point of view.
Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.
Location was great. Facilities were excellent. Apartment was huge. Excellent value.

Right in the city centre but the accommodation was absolutely silent inside, no noise whatsoever! The bed was huge and comfortable, clean, and had great facilities! Really happy with our stay!
