Nuit courte mais confortable
Pros:

J'ai été estomaqué qu'une "UNIQUE" employée ai à gérer les arrivées, la cuisine et le service, le bar pour la clientèle.
J'ai trouvé que la réceptionniste était exploitée et je suis employeur de plus de 200 salariés.
Situation inadmissible, je lui tire mon chapeau mais je ne suis pas sûr qu'elle restera 5 ans à ce poste.
Quelques euros de plus pour une chambre pour payer une deuxième salariée me semblerai le bienvenu.
Pour le reste, rapport qualité prix excellent, literie confortable, chambre bien insonorisée, parfait pour une nuit de passage.

Another regular stay and, again, a shout-out for ALL the staff at the Akena Nantes Atlantis Zénith. Always friendly, always helpful and always welcoming. This time, a relative had a flight cancelled from the nearby international airport and, despite a heavy schedule for the night, a room was found for her.

Le matelas n’était vraiment pas confortable, nous étions en famille et nous avions trois chambres différentes et nous avons tous le même avis sur le sujet.
Le sèche cheveux, l’air expulsé était froid c’est dommage

Parking sécurisé d ou l’emplacement , la personne au petit déjeuner , très serviable et attentionné

L hôtel est neuf mais froid, comme c est un hôtel plutôt homme d affaire, qu une serviette petite et grande, obligé de redescendre pour demander 2 autres,
Pourquoi ne pas donner directement à la remise des clefs,

Agréable séjour !
Pros:

La climatisation a été très appréciée en cette période de canicule. L'accueil est toujours aussi agréable (nous avons déjà dormi ici). Merci à la personne qui nous a accueillis si gentiment et qui a fait preuve de beaucoup de compréhension. Cela nous a incités à prendre par la suite une consommation au bar à l'ambiance sympathique. L'hôtel en lui-même est toujours propre, calme et un parfum d'ambiance discret augmente le côté serein de cet établissement. Dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain rien ne manque et tout fonctionne correctement.
