Nice hotel
Pros:

It’s a small hotel in Great location, just outside the walls of Pienza. The rooms were basic, very clean and comfortable. The shower is comfortable. Breakfast is good and we had it at the balcony, watching the amazing views. The staff are very nice and trying to help. There is a very good air conditioning in the rooms

Cons:

They don’t have enough parking lots for all the guests and it’s difficult to enter to some of them. They don’t have elevator, so if it’s difficult for you to carry the luggage to the first floor, ask for room at the ground floor . The staff is leaving at 20:00, so If you have a problem after 20:00, you’re at your own. We had a problem with the air condition and it took a while until they answered us and agreed to come. Eventually we managed to solve the problem on our own .

Perfect location right outside the Pienza wall. Spacious and very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast included with great coffees. Parking available. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. Highly recommend this accommodation
