Pros:

Motel one immer meine erste Wahl wenn es Eines gibt.
Parkplätze klasse, späte Anreise kein Problem.
Zimmer ausreichen und sauber.

Wenn ich irgendwann wieder nach München komme, würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, deshalb sehr bequem mit eigenem PKW zu erreichen. Es hat eigene (gegen Gebühr) Parkplätze. Wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man auch kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Straße. Die U-Bahn-Station, womit die Innenstadt sehr schnell zu erreichen ist, ist nur etwa 30 Meter weit. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im gesamten Haus ist stets sehr sauber. Hinterm Haus sind schöne Sitzgruppen, wo man als Plauderecke, Raucherinsel nutzen, oder einfach ein Bierchen miteinander trinken könnte, aufgestellt.

Cons:

Das Haus hat keine eigene Küche, deshalb gibt es keine warme Gerichte wie Rühreier, warme Würstchen. Das ist aber das kleinste Übel, weil gekochte Eier gibt es trotzdem.
