Pros:

The price was amazing! Bed was comfy.

Cons:

The shower had very low pressure. Was somewhat dusty and the rooms do not have mini fridges, pool was very cold.

Guy at the front was very nice, but didn't seem too excited about being there haha

Cons:

I definitely think there should be more lights in the parking lot. The hotel is surrounded by desert environment, and it would be very difficult to see a rattlesnake while walking to your car or outside the facility at all after dark. I did not like the lack of lighting. Also, the bath mat that goes in the tub was old and had visible mold on it...

I liked it and will gladly stay again
Pros:

Very clean and well laid out. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is decent. The staff are all supportive and friendly. Parking is good and it feels safe there. Guests are respectful and quiet

Cons:

The shower doesn’t get hot enough

I did not stay there I canceled reservation. They were extremely hard to work with getting it canceled. Terrible service.

Amazing Staff…especially Michelle!!!
Pros:

Michelle, your front desk associate has already made my stay a thousand times better. I had been traveling since yesterday and was up at 3:00 a.m., so when I arrived early today and asked about an early check-in, she went out of her way to help me. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. I’m very grateful!! Being out of town can be exhausting, and her kindness made a huge difference. This experience definitely makes me want to stay with Hilton more often.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Kristen is awesome! She was so welcoming and accommodating. She absolutely made my stay. Hampton is the best brand for the most comfortable beds, the quietest rooms and the best free breakfast!
