Pros:

We loved the atmosphere and the location, so close to everything you need. The lift was terrifying but also funky, and there were good amenities.

Cons:

Air-conditioner was very loud, but that could just be in one room.

Great location, good price.
Pros:

Great location close enough to Termini station to walk with our bags but the neighbourhood is very nice even at night. Also handy for the Republica Metro stop. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Room was smaller than expected but very quiet and comfortable, serviced every day and super clean. Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Note that the hotel is actually a small collection of rooms on the first floor of a large block housing apartments, offices etc, not a whole building. Reception is only open 8am - 4pm, coffee machine is in a communal area, not in the room.
